Zona residencial en la zarzuela, ambiente tranquilo y sin posibilidad de visitas. Se busca una persona responsable, seria, trabajadora y no fumadora. Se pedirán las 3 últimas nóminas y una fianza de 200€ por si hay algún desperfecto, se pagarán 40 € a parte cada mes por disponer de todos los servicios. La zona dispone de todo tipo de servicios, Mercadona a 5 minutos, hospital, terrazas, farmacia, carnicería, estanco, parques, colegios, china city.... y el oasiz a unos 10-15 minutos. Para aparcar está bien siempre suele haber plazas disponibles. La habitación tiene wifi, TV, ventilador, armario empotrado, estanterías , etc... El baño se compartirá con otra persona, mejor verlo....
